We will continue to deliver the same level of customer service that helps you enjoy a reputation of the highest level. We believe in the old adage that “the customer is always right” and will continue to be honest and ethical above all in our dealings with the customer. Showcase A/V offers a 1-year in home service on any defects in installation or parts that are permanently installed. For any pieces of equipment that can be carried in, the customer will be directed to where the nearest service depot is for repairs.
